Day 19: Camping Part 2

It turns out that sleeping without a pillow whilst camping isn’t very comfortable. Despite the air mattress I slept on, I didn’t sleep well our first night.  This resulted in my first nap during Whole 30 since my “hit the wall” phase!  The nap worked well… after we went to town to buy some pillows.

How I felt: Fine… sore and tired. I took a nap in the middle of the day, which is more a reflection of not sleeping well the night before than anything diet related.

What I ate:

Breakfast: Egg scrambled with leftover campfire veggies, bacon!

Lunch: Shredded chicken warmed in Thai Pea-NOT Satay sauce atop spinach, sweet potatoes, pineapple spears

Snacks: Beef stick, dried apples with almond butter

Dinner: Sweet Potatoes topped with chili, veggie packet, roasted banana with cinnamon.
