Day 16: Copasetic

Google defines “Copasetic” to be “in excellent order.” That’s how I feel! Excellently normal. I don’t have a whole lot to report about, so I’ll get right to it…

How I feel:  Good. I felt very awake, all day long.  No ebbs and flows.

What I ate:

Breakfast: veggie omelette from cafeteria, black coffee, apple

Lunch:  This incredible chili over a small sweet potato, leftover brussels sprouts, dried apples with almond butter

Snacks: I tried so hard not to snack!  But I ended up eating some trail mix around 4pm

Dinner: Whole foods salad (veggies, “Indian Spiced Apples,” HB egg, oil/vinegar) with homemade shredded chicken.
