I started my day with a co-worker for breakfast at a local “fast casual” place, Agra Culture Kitchen and Press. I’m having dinner there tonight (Day 5) with my “dinner club” as well! It’s a good restaurant for Whole 30 for a few reasons: (1) Published nutritional info, allergens, etc., (2) Ingredients are local, organic, non-GMO, (3) The menu items marked as “paleo” come pretty close to Whole 30, and (4) You can get things like Chia Seed Pudding and Nitrate-Free Bacon! I wanted to try the pudding, but it’s considered a SWYPO food. Maybe in 30 days I’ll give it a-go.
How I feel: Good, thanks coffee!

- Wilted Greens at Agra Culture Kitchen (kale and spinach saute with toasted almonds, lemon zest, crushed red pepper flakes, topped with a fried egg)
- 8oz Black Coffee

- Leftover Salmon + roasted zucchini and squash
- Banana with Almond Butter
- Shredded Chicken
- Leftover Kale Salad
- Leftover Meaty Zoodles
- Leftover Squash
